Dr. Ronald D. Boyd, LMFT

Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist | Former Head Pastor | Retired Army Chaplain

Dr. Ron Boyd is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, former head pastor, and retired Army chaplain with over 25 years of counseling experience, specializing in ministry trauma and veteran issues.  As a disabled combat veteran, he brings deep empathy and understanding to those navigating the challenges of leadership, trauma, and emotional strain—especially within ministry settings.

Dr. Boyd holds six degrees, including advanced degrees in Counseling, Divinity, and Religion, and has served as both a doctoral advisor and adjunct professor in counseling and theology. He specializes in marriage and family counseling, pastoral burnout, trauma recovery, and grief support. His teaching and counseling integrate biblical wisdom with evidence-based mental health practices to bring healing, strength, and clarity to those he serves.

Chaplain Colt Waagner, M.Div.

Military Chaplain | Christian Life Coach | Former Head Pastor

Colt Waagner is a military chaplain, Christian life coach, ordained minister, and former head pastor, with a decade of ministry experience across both church and military contexts. He holds a Master of Divinity, a Master’s in Pastoral Ministry, and a bachelor’s degree in communications. In his role as an Air Force chaplain, he has counseled hundreds of service members and many of their family members, helping them navigate crises, trauma, relationship struggles, and spiritual fatigue.

Drawing from his own journey of overcoming hardship, Colt offers a gospel-centered, relatable approach that connects deeply with those who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or stuck. His specialties include emotional and spiritual resilience, anxiety and stress management, relational healing, and men’s mental and spiritual health. Whether preaching from the pulpit or coaching one-on-one, Colt brings biblical clarity, real-life wisdom, and practical tools to help people grow in faith and mental health.
